Stadium / Venue Delivery

THE BRIEF_

Revolutionizing the in-stadium food experience through autonomous aerial delivery.

VERI-FLY is an autonomous drone food delivery ecosystem designed specifically for large stadium venues. Vendors package food and load it into a dedicated vending machine kiosk; a drone autonomously clamps the package, navigates the stadium airspace, and precision-lowers the meal directly to the fan's seat - ensuring no one misses the action.

THE CHALLENGE_

Designing a drone form factor that is simultaneously safe, visually approachable, and mechanically robust enough to carry food payloads over dense crowds required extensive iteration. The clamping mechanism, landing gear geometry, and rotor housing all had to be engineered for both reliability and aesthetic harmony.

The identity system needed to communicate trust and precision - a brand that fans in a 70,000-seat stadium would immediately recognize and trust overhead.

THE PROCESS: STRATEGY & PROTOTYPING

PHASE_01

User Research

Mapping the in-stadium food ordering pain points. Identifying key moments where fans leave their seats - and the experience cost of missing live action.

PHASE_02

Form Development

Iterating on drone form language for crowd safety and approachability. Optimizing rotor guard geometry, clamping mechanism reach, and landing leg stance for payload stability.

PHASE_03

CMF & Branding

Selecting white gloss composite over black structural frame for maximum visual recognition. Developing the VERI-FLY identity system - bold, legible at altitude, and instantly trustworthy.
